I want to present the way I got this project. First how can I introduce my self? How can I persuade Zagazig University Hospital 's directors? What will they say to me? How? Who? ….. A lot of question I must prepare answers for it.
Note: the real start was in my 3rd year industrial engineeing.
It wasn't easy like “I want to help you and build software for your hospital sir” and the director will say “oh thank you son, the hospital is under your disposal and we understand your effort in helping us”. It wasn't like that.
First I want to thank industrial engineering department who help me a lot in answering the first question “who am I?” the answer was “I'm an industrial engineering student 3rd year, my professor " Dr. MANSOUR EL-SAYED ABO- GAMILA" ask to solve a real problem and show him what can I do. So I'm asking for your help and prove me with data”.
I asked for his help, by this way I could open a gate for the speech. The next question that I must answer even it wasn't asked “who are you to do something like that? You are still a baby.” The answer is so easy, just to tell him that I'm not working alone but all collage staff will help me in this.
Other question was “you want to develop software, but we have a good one and it works perfectly”, now I thank it could be the end for project before it starts. My answer was “last four years you were working with Windows98 as primary operation system and it was a great system and do all what you want to do perfectly, but why Microsoft develops Windows XP?, do you want to work with Windows98 again?”.
the first interview was with Prof. Dr. GAMAL NAWARA to get his approval on project and get departmental support. This results the second interview with Prof. Dr. AHMED SAMIR manager of surgery department in zagazig Surgery Hospital who ask Prof. Dr. AHMED GABALLA to help me in project, and here appears the first problem in project it's INTERVIEWING, then meeting the under secretary of health Prof. Dr. IBRAHIM SALAAM who ask for official papers for this project, here will see the first and last official paper in this project which supported by Prof. Dr. GAMAL NAWARA.
